Exchange Policy

Eligibility: All items purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 working days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 1 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges Due to Sizing or Fit Issues: Exchanges due to sizing or fit issues are subject to availability. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Policy

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive

the returned item.

 

Return Process

You can return an item up to seven (7) business working days from the date you receive the products

Authorization: To return an item, you must be filled this return authorization through the following form link.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange or refund criteria.

For Orders made outside the UAE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Additional Conditions

Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
